Louise:
Market & Product Intelligence and part of the Tech team

What is your role today?

Market and product intelligence. I work within the tech team and collaborate closely with the business development team to ensure technically connected business cases. I map and analyze various battery applications, covering everything from technical requirements to market outlooks.

What made you apply to Stella Futura?

I met Ulrika and Jonas in the spring of 2020 while I was still studying at KTH. Initially, I helped with creating presentations, building the company website, and producing other types of communication materials. All the things that were needed in a company that consisted of just five people at the time. It was very inspiring to be in such an agile, entrepreneurial, and creative environment. As Stella grew with more and more battery projects in Sweden, I started focusing increasingly on business development, which suited me better since I am an educated engineer. I built business cases, analyzed data, and managed customer relations. When I graduated in 2022, I was offered a full-time position, which I gladly accepted.

What’s the best part about working at Stella Futura?

I really enjoy my tasks, and there’s also a great culture here that encourages you to do what you find most enjoyable and where you can create the most value. This means there’s a lot of freedom for creativity and contributing ideas. Additionally, Stella Futura is constantly evolving, which means there are always new things to learn. And my colleagues are incredibly wonderful. I am grateful for all the lessons and fun moments at the office and look forward to everything new that lies ahead.

What is your role today?

I am the HR & Talent Acquisition Manager, which means that I have overall responsibility for the entire HR area at Stella Futura. In short, this involves attracting new talent and developing, engaging, and retaining all the skilled employees we already have.

What made you apply to Stella Futura?

I came into contact with Stella Futura in October 2023. At that time, Stella Futura contacted me for a consulting assignment as a Talent Acquisition Partner, so how we initially connected was a bit of a coincidence from my side. But already in the first interview, I felt that this was a workplace where I would thrive, a mix of incredible drive and a relaxed environment. Fortunately, the interest was mutual, so shortly after that, I started working full-time at Stella Futura.

What’s the best part about working at Stella Futura?

One of the most important things for me in a workplace is a combination of ambitious colleagues with whom you can laugh and have fun. And that's precisely how I feel it is with us. I'm proud of the culture we've created and maintained during the rapid growth we've experienced over the past year. Being able to go to work every day and be met by such driven and competent colleagues, with whom I also share laughs, inspires me so much. And the fact that we, together as a team, get to continue developing the business is the best part of working at Stella Futura.

Nina:
Senior Project Manager and part of the Operations team

What is your role today?

I have been a senior project manager at Stella Futura since 2023. I am involved in the entire process from project start to finish.

What made you apply to Stella Futura?

I found it exciting to work with energy storage, having worked in the construction industry for 19 years, most recently coming from the solar industry. It became an exciting combination of both my experiences. Additionally, a lot is happening in the battery industry, with many new projects and applications ahead of us. It has been fun and educational to lead the installation and commissioning of large-scale systems. Especially our major battery system at Härjeåns in Sveg. A 15 MW battery system that is expected to be fully operational in the fall of 2024.

What’s the best part about working at Stella Futura?

The best part of my job is being involved from start to finish. I’m part of the process and work closely with clients, subcontractors, and my colleagues at Stella Futura. Planning and coordination from the start and close collaboration with everyone involved are essential to succeeding in battery projects.
