Jonas network spans over several business sectors throughout Europe, including banking, energy industry, pharmacological companies, hotel businesses, cities and authorities

Kjell has long experience in financials and corporate governance and he has been dedicated to responsible investments the last 15 years. He has been member of several board of directors in various branches. He also has been member of audit committees and investment committees. Previously employments is CFO and CEO of the Swedish Trade Union Confederation, (LO), CFO for Nacka municipality.

Ghana

Robert hold a BSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, with over four years’ experience in the Solar PV industry, with experience in Solar PV solutions design and valuable skillset in PV power systems installation. He has worked on multiple projects ranging from small residential grid-tie systems and energy storage systems, to larger PV systems for commercial clients

Jonas Forsman is the chairman of the board of Stella. Jonas is a lawyer and a partner of Hellström Law Firm. He specializes in corporate law, M&A, and commercial contract law. Jonas has extensive experience in negotiatios of cross-border transactions and investments.
