Rejlers has signed a new agreement with Stella Futura. Through this collaboration, Rejlers is strengthening its efforts to develop and optimise the use of battery storage facilities to support both current and future electricity grids.
Rejlers offers expert services throughout the energy supply chain, from production and distribution to consumption, and offers services such as feasibility studies, grid investigations, design, analyses and investigations related to energy storage. Stella Futura offers its customers integrated solutions in "Battery-as-a-Service", which includes full outsourcing of technical, financial and commercial expertise linked to flexibility and batteries.
The collaboration marks an important step in Rejlers' efforts to contribute to the energy transition and continue to be an attractive partner for more players in battery storage and project development.
"We are very excited to collaborate with Stella Futura. Energy storage is a key component in addressing the challenges faced by the grid with an increasing share of intermittent energy production from solar and wind. By storing surplus energy, we create a more stable and sustainable energy supply while contributing to the transition of the energy system," says Finn Jonung, Business Developer at Rejlers.
"Rejlers has many years of experience in energy infrastructure and knowledge of storage technologies. We see this collaboration as an important piece of the puzzle to accelerate the transition. With batteries, we can create long-term value in the energy system by both stabilizing the grid and creating flexibility in volatile production and consumption, cutting costly power peaks and contributing to backup power," says Ulrika Tornerefelt, CEO and founder of Stella Futura.
