The Stella Futura world is continuously moving forward, and our world is expanding.
The Shareholders and Board of Stella Futura AB have made a strategic decision to separate the Nordics and sub-Sahara Africa businesses. The sub-Sahara business will trade under the new name “Infra Futura Group AB” headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, with its subsidiaries registered in each country of operation. For example, Infra Futura Ghana Limited for Ghana.
The Nordics’ sister company business name will remain unchanged as “Stella Futura AB”.
The rationale for the reorganization follows a renewed focus on growth and geographic expansion in the sub-Sahara African market following our successful achievements in the industrial and commercial segments from its inception three (3) years ago.
Of specific interest is the focus on scalung up our health facility electrification program in the sub-region using innovative financing models including carbon financing.
The transition to Infra Futura is effective from today, Monday 5th February, 2024. The Infra Futura team is working with partners and clients to ensure a seamless operation during the transition.
